Matcha Flavored Treats and Desserts
Matcha is a flavor you either like or you don't. It can be very dry and bitter. Over the years I have watched as matcha has been used more and more as the US has become more open to flavors from Asia. I can go either way when it comes to match based on how the flavor is balanced. Let's take a look at some of the matcha products you can find. Loacker Matcha Crispy Waffers This had potential to be good, but they failed. How they used the matcha it was very drying and wafers in general are also very dry. To make this a better product they would have to have put in more layers of the cream filling or make the existing layers thicker. They just did not balance the matcha flavor. I would get these again. I found these at Hmart and tried them in January 2023.
