Guava is one of those flavors that can be hard to visualize because it is not a common flavor to the average American. It is slowly becoming more popular has people try new flavors.
Drinks You Can Pick Up At The Store
Overall this drink had a nice mellow guava flavor. It would pair nicely with both sweet and spicy foods. This went well with the baked goods I was eating because they were a little dry and it also went with the sweet as well in a way the helped cut their sweetness. I got this drink at Cuba Bakery & Cafe in Aurora Colorado, but you can find Jarritos in lots of different places. I would get this one again.
La Croix Guava Sao Paulo
When we buy a mixed case of LA Croix from Sam's Club I normally get stuck drinking these because Mt mom does not like them. The taste really isn't guava. I can stand the flavor, but I would not actively buy it and only drink it because I do not believe in wasting food.
Mounsier Papa Guava Nectar
Not a pleasant drinking experience. It was supper gritty and would have benefitted from being either strained or more thoroughly processed. I found this in the international section at GW market (Great Wall). I wouldn't get it again.
Kerns Guava Nectar
It was super gritty and could have benefitted from being strained. It was ok, but I would buy it again. Found at Hmart.
Jumex Guava Nectar
Compared to other Guava juices, it was some what better. I say this because I didn't shake it up before I drank it. The top was smooth and yummy, but then at the bottom it was gritty. I think this drink really depends on how you feel about texture. I would get it again, but I wouldn't shake it and I might even strain it.

Guava Lava from Wee Tea
This was actually my first tike trying Wee Tea. The Guava Lava drink is one of their higher priced drinks. It was good and I would order it again.
Guava Honey Slush from Kung Fu Tea
It really seems like restaurants really like pairing guava with chia seeds. Not that it is bad, but just a pattern I've noticed. I really liked this drink even though it seemed like it was super sweet. I don't know if they use actual fruit or a guava syrup, but with how sweet this was I would lean towards the syrup. I would order this again. I tried this in February 2023.
Guava Punch from Kung Fu Tea
Another guava drink where they put chia seeds in it. I like chia seeds and it seems to work, but I would like to see them mix it up a little. It was good but not sure if I would order it again because it just did not stand out.
