Wednesday's Meal of Misfortune at Wendy's
At the register they charged 50c for each sauce, but then there was a coupon button that the staff has to hit to get you the sauces for free (up to two). The sauces do have the ingredients list on them, so you can use that to tell them apart.
This black appearing sauce is the one with honey and butterfly pea flower in it. Of the two sauces I got this one was the best and I would love to get it again. The flavor was great and the heat was not overpowering. The color was also super fun and matched the theme of the meal perfectly.
The second sauce looked like super dark ketchup. It also tasted like a spicy ketchup. Not really that special. It reminded me of the spicy ketchup at Whataburger.

That was it with the meal. The special frosty was not included in the meal, sold separately. For the price of the meal without the special frosty, I don't think it was worth the price. If they would have included the frosty, even a small one, then it would have been worth the price.
I was actually excited about the spoon. It is super cute and I will keep it, but not use it for food. I'll find a different use for it.
The frosty theme is Raven's Blood and they did a really good job with the color of it, like blood that is slightly deoxygenated.
It looks like from the side that they put in a lot, but when you stirred it up the flavor got lost. They needed to add a lot more of the Raven's Blood for the flavor to shine. From what I found on line the flavor of the sauce was supposed to be a dark cherry, but to me it tasted more like a cranberry/chocolate mix. It was slightly tart, but still good.
